He called out to Chris in his best imitation of a housewife calling to her husband. Once in the kitchen he began unloading his bags, only turning around to acknowledge the arrival of Chris beside him. He leaned in and kissed his cheek.”Hi you. Thanks for the invite over. I appreciate it.” He was sincere, he really did appreciate it.-- LOGAN JAMES MORGAN !
-- NAME: Logan James Morgan
-- NICKNAMES: Sometimes Morgan, mostly just call him Logan
-- AGE & BIRTHDAY: 17, soon to be 18 December 10th.
-- BIRTH PLACE: Capeside
-- ORIENTATION: Straight
-- OCCUPATION & SCHOOL GRADE: Senior in high school
-- PLAYED BY: Chace Crawford-- PERSONALITY !
-- Selfless: Logan gives of himself without thought. He always puts others in front of himself whether it is his friends or his family, he will always put them ahead of him. His parents taught him to take care of the people around him. And he has always done that. Whether it be his sisters or his friends, he always makes sure they are taken care of in every part of their lives.
--Charming : Not just in his words, but also with his looks. He has learned, growing up with his three older sisters, how to charm his way out of things. He could flash them a smile or bat his eyes and they would do a chore for him or help him with his chores. As he has gotten older he has done much the same, a smile to the girl behind the counter to get a free extra ticket to the movie, or smile to his mom to get ten more dollars for allowance. He never does it in malice and never is harmful in it, but he has learned quite well
-- Fearless: Just as it says, he has no fear. When he was six he broke his arm because his sister convinced him he only had to jump out of the tree and he could fly like superman. He didn’t think twice about it and jumped. That is part of what makes him good at soccer. He isn’t afraid to get into the middle of the players and get kicked or have to kick someone to get the ball. The only real fear he has is of rejection, but who doesn’t have that fear.
-- LOVES: girls, Amanda, his family, Soccer, writing, running, music, movies, his computer, eating, dogs
-- HATES: Spiders, snakes, Selfish twits, pretentiousness, abusive men, Asparagus, he says he is not a panda and will not eat bamboo, Opera, humidity, his cellphone, having his picture taken, shopping-- HISTORY !
Logan is the youngest of four kids. He is also the only boy. His oldest sister is five years older than him and the next is 3 years and the last is only ten months older. Yes they are less than a year apart. His parents seemed unable to control themselves. His dad was ecstatic when they found out they were having a boy. At times his sisters treated him like a doll, dressing him up in clothes and parading him around. His dad took the first chance he had to get him out of that. He began playing sports. When he was four he played soccer for the first time. He fell in love with it, well as much as four year old could. He played other sports, baseball, even one year of football, but he always went back to soccer.
He has never had much of a temper. But when he was eight years old and his sister was nine there was a boy who kept pulling her pig tails on the swings. He was watching her from the slide and when the boy did it again after she asked her not to and she started to cry, Logan couldn’t stand by and watch anymore. He went straight over pushed the boy and then punched him in the stomach. His dad grounded him for a week, but really he told him how proud he was of him standing up for his sister. He took him out for ice cream every day after school and his mom even bought him a new soccer ball as a reward. He knew he shouldn’t fight, but he also knew he had to take care of his sisters and he would under just about any circumstances. His father is a Police officer, the Chief to be exact of fair Capeside and his mother is a Nurse at the hospital. One of them is always home for their children. His family is very close, even now with his two older sisters off at college, they still get together for every holiday. They all always find a way to be together whether it was at home or meeting somewhere. Like last year, they went to Italy for Christmas. It was probably one of Logan’s favorite family trips of all time.
Logan has always been the good kid, the good guy. It’s just who he is. As he has grown up it has only become more obvious that that is who he is, especially now when you look at his life, specifically if you see how he is with Amanda. The two of them grew up together in Capeside. They have always been friends. He is blind her to faults and only sees the good in her, that is probably because of him being in love with her. He has been in love with her for probably as long as he can remember, but only realized it fully as of late. His friends tell him that she is only using him and that he needs to get over it, he is still blinded by it and doesn’t see how she treats him.-- SAMPLE !
He had been having an off day. Hell who was he kidding it had been an off week. And he really had no one to blame but himself and he knew it. He knew better than to hang out with Cameron, but he couldn’t help himself. Whether he admitted it out loud or not, Morgan still held onto feelings for Cam very tightly in his heart. And it killed him a little more each time he left him knowing it was another man’s arms he was leaving him to be with. He wanted nothing more than for Cameron to stay there with him and be with him. It’s why Morgan was a serial dater and had been since they broke up nearly five years ago. He has never been able to let go completely.
Chris was one of those one time dates. But it was different with him. They hit off as friends as well, which is why after all these years they were still in contact. Of course their first meeting was not like the normal one night stands he had. He had after all picked him up and helped save his life. Morgan took every opportunity to remind Chris of this every chance he had. And today was no different. Although today he was probably going to take advantage of Chris’s kindness more than anything else. He was going to make them dinner, something simple not too complicated, maybe some dessert and drink himself until he passed out on Chris’s couch. He didn’t have to work until Tuesday again so he had all Monday to recover.
A quick run into his favorite market to pick up supplies and he would be on his way. He wasn’t sure what Chris would have on hand so he just made sure to grab everything he would need. He gathered the dinner items first and then took a moment to decide on desert. His friend requested chocolate fudge cake and as much as he wanted to indulge his friend he knew he couldn’t. So instead he gathered the items to make a nice sugar free chocolate mousse. It might not be the cake, but he knew he would enjoy it. If nothing else, Morgan knew he would. With a quick check out with the nice looking boy at the counter, a sly smile to him as he bagged the groceries and Morgan was on his way.
Morgan waved down a cab and gave his destination. Brooklyn was not that far, but he certainly wasn’t going to walk it and the subway with his groceries, was out of the question. So the second most popular form of transport around the city was his choice that day. The driver pulled up to door, Morgan paid him through the half glass window and headed towards the building. He had been there enough times that the doorman was familiar enough with him to know where he was going without having to ask him. He held open the door for Morgan and inside he went.
The elevator was simple enough, a button for each floor, but a special one with a code for where he was going. Chris was after all part of the elite of New York City, so a penthouse of course would be the only thing that would do for him. Morgan certainly wasn’t complaining. The elevator doors opened and he stepped off right into the large loft style apartment that took up the entire floor. Morgan, arms filled with groceries, headed straight to the kitchen. ”Hey honey!! I’m home!!”
