[atrb=border,7,true][atrb=width,250,true] jeremy wilder, early to late forties. jeremy wilder is the father of the wilder family. careless and reckless, he isn't exactly the prime father figure, but he does what he can. he never thought to set an example or boundaries for his children, he was too busy thinking of himself, and as a result none of them turned out quite how he desired. he is addicted to gambling and has recently found himself in some major debt. the only people who know about it is his secretary and bex, who only knows because she overheard him talking about it to said secretary. since, she's been blackmailing him, and because his strong fear of jail, he has been letting her. he doesn't know what to do, but he can't help but feel mostly utterly depressed about, but the businessman in him is impressed that she has the initiative to do something like that. suggested, but not limited to: adrian pasdar. |
[atrb=border,7,true][atrb=width,250,true] jane wilder, early to late forties. jane wilder is bex's mother. frivolous and flaky, she spent most of bex's childhood either planning a social party or going to one. she never paid any attention whatsoever to her children and rarely to her husband, always flitting around to various affairs around town. she would never even notice that her husband was gambling again or that bex has noticed and is holding it against him because she's so busy with other things all the time. and even if she did, she probably wouldn't know how to react to it. she'd do anything to avoid confrontation, she complains of a headache and leaves the room most of the time when bex is angry and that just makes bex even angrier, but she can't do anything about it. suggested, but not limited to: nicole kidman. |
[atrb=border,7,true][atrb=width,250,true] nicolas wilder, mid to late twenties. nicolas is the oldest child of the wilder family. he's more like his mother than any of them, but only in the sense that he hates confrontation. he jokes things off, so he doesn't have to feel hurt by them, and living in the wilder household, it's the best mindset to have, because everyone is hurtful. he's probably the nicest one of them all, though, he's kind and he tries to help his sisters with what he can, but most of the time he just focuses on his job. he isn't very ambitious, and he doesn't like to have to live up to people's expectations, especially with such high expectations people have of the wilder children what with the success of their parents. suggested, but not limited to: andrew garfield. |
[atrb=border,7,true][atrb=width,250,true] brittany wilder, early to mid twenties. brittany is the middle child, a somewhat rude and spoiled young lady. though not quite as spoiled as bex. though who's really as spoiled as bex? she doesn't care at all what's going on with her family, she wants as far away from them as possible. she didn't care to be raised by nannies her whole life, she wanted to be loved by her parents, and when she didn't get that she just stopped trying. she is more like her father in the sense that she would do anything to save herself even if it meant tripping her closest friends up to get away from something. she is only interested in helping herself, no one else did it so she has to do it herself, it seems. but don't get me wrong, she can have her moments when she helps out her sister in times of need, usually insisting a similar favor later, but she isn't entirely heartless. suggested, but not limited to: torrey devitto. |
