LOGAN IAN ELLIS[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,200,true] | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,320,true] The first thing Ellis would want some one to know about him is that he is a writer, and a talented one at that. Unfortunately, the first thing people usually seem to notice about him is his terrible social skills, his severe lack of confidence, the fact that his love life is non-existant and that judging by his lethargic nature, the rut that his last relationship put him in never seemed to fade away. He's had two novels published with moderate success and a third would be on it's way if he could just find some motivation to get off of the couch, put some pants on and stop watching James Bond movies. His main job is an English teacher at the local High School where he serves as a Senior students play thing and a nerdy freshman's love interest.
|
LOOKING FOR: * friends? well, more like people he considers friends although he fails at striking up conversation with them. he's the awkward kid at the lunch table that you feel obligated to invite to the pool party * some one to have a crush on? his love life is covered in his song plot page, but he's the perfect candidate for unrequited love until then. * enemies? he's not the type to hate, but i'm sure someone is out there willing to make fun of him.
[/justify][/size] MAXWELL DAVID HEATON[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,200,true] | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,320,true] Max was well known enough not to need an intro. His father is the cash cow that brings in all the proverbial crops and his son is the standard, arrogant asshole that reeps all the rewards. At least, that's how it was before he left to get his Masters in both Business & Law. After spending so much time out of the retched town, a very unhappy and unamused Max has returned. He still gets amusement out of tearing other people down, still loves the art of chasing/seducing/hurting women, & it still warms his heart to ruin the lives of, well, everyone. There are some changes, how ever - Heaton now comes action-packed with drinking problems & a whole new vendetta against the only girl to get under his skin.
|
LOOKING FOR: * ex flings/ex girlfriends? he was quite the manwhore back in the day so there's bound to be a few * enemies? max isn't a likable guy to say the least, so once again, there's bound to be a few of them * friends? maybe just one or two from back in the day that never lost faith in him. maybe.
[/justify][/size] LUCAS CONNOR O'SHEA[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,200,true] | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,320,true] A very simplistic man by nature, Lucas O'Shea was, at this point in his life, average in every way. He works as a local mechanic in Capeside and appreciates the quench of an ice cold beer on a hot day. He wasn't always so humble. Years of drug abuse since his teens left the man misguided in his motives, very alone and although sober now at 29, a bit jaded. Most of his friends are either still in the gutter or dead. He hasn't spoken to his parents in years. His childhood love is married to his older brother - something that he blames on his years spent in and out of rehab. Thanks to her beautiful brown eyes, he'll never learn to forgive himself for it.
|
LOOKING FOR: * friends? maybe not all of them stuck around through his struggle with sobriety, but it would be nice to just have a few pals for him to dick around with, especially to help him through his love situation * one serious ex girlfriend? some one who's seen him at his worst and his best through out his life. some one he keeps returning to regardless of how unhealthy their relationship is

LUCA & LOGAN -- ummm. luca wants to be a writer. so he'll probably have read logan's books twenty times. so perhaps he can have an awkward kind of relationship with logan. maybe the older man gives him writing tips. luca would probably pull a few jokes about logan's love life, which would probably annoy him. but they could have an interesting kind of relationship. i dunno... anyway. if you've got any ideas throw 'em at me.

LOGAN && LUCA Oh right! We had this plot idea before the restart and never got around to threading it. It's great. I'd assume Ellis would be his teacher and as such, try to bestow wisdom on Luca (and kind of completely fail at it). I can see him hanging out after class in Ellis' room and the pair of them just shooting shit as students/teachers do something. What grade is Luca in?

LUCA & ELLIS -- Sounds awesome. He's a senior, so he's getting close to graduating and stuff. So he'd probably hang around asking Ellis for tips and stuff with his writing.

Look at me posting in all the wrong accounts, but I care not.
KENNEDY & MAX I'm really not sure how / why Kennedy and Max should still be friends. Other than that maybe because Kennedy understands what a massive witch Alyson is. She'll probably tell him his drinking is ridiculous and then decide to drink with him. Dude, I don't know. I'm horrible at this. Stuff and stuff and things.

ELLIS && LUCA That works. Just let me know when ever you'd like to thread, mannnnng.
MAX && KENNEDY I don't really think they actually /should/ still be friends. I'm kind of crap at this sort of thing as well so bare with me, but maybe they were never friends to begin with. I can kind of see them running into each other in a bar though one night when they both nod at each other like, "Long time. Still an arrogant douchebag?" "Yep. Still an assuming bitch?" "Apparently." Then them just cheering each other on leaving Capeside, drinking, getting a little drunk and catching up. Then becoming friends? I dont know. I'd assume the both of them have grown up a little since High School.

KENNEDY & MAX
That also works. And I feel you, man. Coming up with stuff for these things is the pits. I never know what to suggest. But I can see Kennedy doing that. She's grown up a lot since she got out and won't play the dramatic 'we can never be friends because once I sent you pictures of my boobs' card. Oh goodness, that was a long time ago. Anyway, yeah, all of the things.

avia & logan she'd just think he was plain weird, avia has never struggled with social skills and shy people just weird her out.
avia & maxwell maybe they meet in a club and he hits on her, she wouldn't be impressed, she'd maybe play a long for a bit and then remind him that she wasn't that desperate.
avia & lucas well, she has a car so they could meet that way and just get talking? i don't know whether he'd hate her or not though, she can be a manipulative cow but if you catch her at the right moment she's just a small town girl with a big dream...
sorry i suck at this

Aiden && Logan About the same age, and both are depressingly socially screwed. Aiden is a journalist, so they're both writers as well. And perhaps Aiden will slap aside his ego and consider Logan worthy of his time. I can see them somehow becoming friends, and I figure that if Aiden is friends with EJ then he would have to get along with Logan. I could see a beautiful, strange, socially awkward friendship between these two.

OMG LOOK I HAS PLOT IDEAS
joel decker & logan ellis joel is a junior in high school, and basically ellis' younger carbon copy, now that i really look at it. he can't communicate in the real world and struggles endlessly with anxiety. coincidentally, he also wants to be a writer and is well known on the internet. he also doesn't have any parents and is in need of a parental figure. by the looks of it, though, logan is a bit of a mess. thus, if joel started looking up to him, funnies may ensue? YES? NO? MAYBE SO?

AVIA && ELLIS/MAX/LUKE Unfortunately, I think your character is a little too young to have any plots with mine. They're all mid twenties to thirty range, and Avia is still in her teens. If anything, Max would be the one to never be so desperate as to hit on a nineteen year old. Just to clarify.
AIDEN && ELLIS That is perfection. It would do some good for Ellis to have a friend in a similar sort of situation and it'd be excellent to play out the duality between being alienated by arrogancy (Aiden) and alienated by anxiety (Ellis). I feel like they should know each other since High School since they're both the same age and both went to Capeside High - good friends that never really lost contact with each other. I can see them sitting at the same lunch table together, that's for sure.
JOEL && ELLIS Sounds great. Ellis is completely fail at that sort of stuff, but he'd probably see a lot of himself in Joel and do his best to warn him of the trials ahead. They could definitely kind of have the friendship where Joel just walks into Ellis' room at any time to skip class and they just chat about life and such. Likewise, there's a lot of teacher drama going on in the school that Ellis can investigate through Joel.

lucas and wesley,I feel like these two might actually get along. Since Wesley's new to town and not really familiar with anyone, he'd like try to stir up a few friends. I mean, who really wants to be in a new place all alone? Who can you cause trouble with? I can see the two of them striking up a conversation in a bar sometime and just taking it from there. But... I really have nothing else to offer than that. I just see these boys as friends.
If you've anything else for the others, lemme know.

WESLEY && LUKE That works out completely, man. Luke needs a new group of friends since he's detached himself from his past. It'd do him some good and he could really introduce Wesley to Capeside (seeing as he's lived his entire life here). I can definitely see them as the kind of friends who just kick back with a few brews on a hot summer day, bullshitting to music and working on a car or something. Since Wesley is romantic, he could help Luke with his lady troubles as well considering he's pretty much a fail in that department considering he's in love with his brothers wife.

lucas and wesley,Precisely. Wesley definitely needs someone to show him around, too. And havin' a good friend will help.
He'll do his best to assist in the romance area. But it's up to Lucas to find the lady. xD When either one of them figure out that part, they can teach the other. Wesley just knows what to do once he gets to the actual dating part. He will do his best to smack some sense into Lucas if he needs too, though. Lovin' his brothers wife is hardly healthy.
