[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,300] OUTFIT |OPEN | LALALALALALALA Avery was bored. It was never a good thing when Avery got bored. She almost always found something destructive to do, something that she was more than likely to get in trouble for. This one particular time, she decided that it would be a good day to look around Stamford Street, see what was around. Mostly, the answer was clubs or bars. But what she had found as of now was a gem- Vibranium Comics. Easily something she would have missed for years. Comics weren't exactly Avery's forte. She had never seen the big deal with them. But she decided that it was worth checking out, anyway. Which was exactly what she was doing now. Exploring this little store, looking through the comics. She probably looked a little out of place there, more like a Barbie doll than a nerd, but anywhere but home sounded like a good place to be to her, to be honest. She was mostly just wondering, how could a little store like this be located in such a place usually associated with “late nights”- and not exactly in a good connotation. Or a very good connotation, she supposed, depending on who you were. Avery probably wouldn't have even discovered the place if it wasn't pouring cats and dogs outside, which explained her soaking wet appearance, why she was still slightly dripping, and why she wasn't actually touching anything. She didn't want to ruin anything, after all. Then she might have to pay for it, she didn't want that. But she was shivering a little nonetheless, in her tank top and shorts she obviously hadn't actually been expecting a downpour to occur any time soon. Her mother probably said something about it before Avery slammed the door behind her, but she ever listened to her mother. She hadn't ever listened to Avery, she didn't see why she would have to pay that respect if she had never gotten any respect herself. She quietly looked around again as she stopped in the front of the store, to make sure no one was around, and then flipped her hair out and began wringing it out on the welcome mat, grimacing a little as the sound of water hitting the mat was a lot louder than she had expected. Avery had been there for a few minutes, and without many people there she figured it was less likely or them to hear her attempting to drain her hair on the mat (which she had been hoping would make less of a mess than just right all over the floor). |
