PLOT

So I am completely obessed with Jesse McCartney's song Just So You Know. I figured it would be an awesome song to use for a plot I have been conjuring up. It goes a little something like this...Landon is my boy. He is a twenty-four year old paramedic that has a need for helping others. He has grown up with divorced parents but has come to terms with the reality. In fact, from his fathers second marriage, Landon gained a stepbrother. In my app I named him Darren but you can chose whatever name you prefer. They are a lot a like, being into sports and over-protective of their younger sister Lilah, whos name I would like to keep.

To make a long story short, Landon and Darren are not only brothers but best friends so when Darren ships off into the Marines, Landon is in charge of taking care of the family as well as Darren's girlfriend Brooke. You may change her name is you like. Darren has been in the marines since he was eighteen and plans on riding his full contract of eight years. The distance is rough on Brooke, even though she has been dating Darren for over two years and looks for Landon for a lot of support. You can only guess that these two have fallen for each other but neither want to cross boundaries. At least until the family recieves a letter from Darren claiming he will not be coming home for leave and won't be back for another year.

Brooke will be devestated and fed up. She will start to feel as though Darren doesn't care about their relationship, especially since they aren't engaged yet and have talked about the future. So out of a muster of emotions, she will make a move on Landon and they will sleep together. After this happens she will seriously consider breaking things off with Darren so she can get close to his brother. Landon will feel bad, in a sense of betraying his brother but is the type to go for what he wants. A month or so will pass and just as Brooke begins to write her 'Dear John' letter, Darren will come home unexpectedly and on purpose. His plan was to make this a surprise for everyone, which will make his proposal to Brooke even more touching.

Neither Brooke or Landon will know what to do but when it looks as those a wedding is going to happen before Darren is shipped out again, will his stepbrother try to stop it? I think its epic and I hope others do too. I don't have preferences for PB's just get my approval first. I want Darren to be the same age as Landon. Not picky about Brooke's age and even though Lilah isn't really involved in this plot, I would really like her for some moral support.

awesome. i think she should be someone who is alittle more laid back. i don't see her being a risk taker like landon other than when she makes a move on him and even though she went by her emotions she will still feel wrong about it. i sort of see her as a pushover too. someone who is easily guided by others, like when his brother comes back and proposes, she will go along with it and act like nothing happened with landon to please others. but yea now im rambling. you can really have her however you want xD

no worries love. take your time. i still have to get up a thread for us, which i will get up tomorrow when i get home from class. sorry it's taking so long.

and as for the plot. i was thinking we can play out when a move was made. since i think it would be fun and i imagine her being an wreck from finding out that "darren" wasn't coming home. landon will be there to comfort, their feelings for each other will come out and we can go from there xD

OKAY. so. i ran into a bit of issues with the playby because mary looks really young in like every picture and carey changes her hair like no other, i feel like. so i can still use either one of them but i've compiled another list of potential playbys that i am going to toss out to you to see if any work. xD
