No one can figure out how or even why but Olivia has the scoop on EVERYONE. Some say that she sits in people's bushes and watches their every move but it's really just a gift of hers. She was born was good ears and has a strange talent of picking up conversations just as they get juicy. Not only that, but she knows exactly what to say to get people to talk to her. Olivia is a smooth talker and can get anything out of almost anyone. Her friends appreciate her ability to collect gossip, but they especially appreciate that she knows how to keep secrets. The cliche gossip tells everyone everything but Olivia is smart. She only lets out enough information to stay the go to gossip hawker at the school. However, the craziest stories she keeps to herself and her friends. The only problem with being the community gossip is that if Olivia slips up, everyone knows who the source is: and that could lead to serious drama in the future.

In order to be a successful gossip you have to know what to say to make people talk. Olivia has the gift of gab and knows just what to say to make others trust her. It's so easy for her to pretend to be kind to someone in their darkest hours just so that she can use their secrets for her self gain. By now, everyone should know not to trust her, but it's so hard to resist that sweet smile of hers. It's genuinely easy for others to gravitate towards her in their times of need, just because of her persistence. If there are rumors about someone cheating on their boyfriend, or having an eating disorder, Olivia has just the right words to coax the truth out of them. Her charisma is also the perfect trick to get her in with adults and teachers alike. They believe her front of being the good girl who just wants to best for everyone. In class she will offer to help others and constantly compliment her teachers. While some say she might be a kiss-ass, her real motive is to try and step up her game to not only be the gossip of Capeside High, but Capeside itself.

Ever since she was a wee child, Olivia was curious about everything. She was constantly questioning everything. And no, it wasn't just the oh so original "Where did babies come from?". She needed to know about everything. Perhaps this is what contributed to her super sleuth ways of being a gossip, but she had a thirst for knowing everything. Academically, no. She could care less about school or good grades for that matter, she wanted to know things about life. She overheard her fifth grade teacher talking about an affair- what in the world was that? Or what about little Johnny kissing another boy when he was 12? What did being gay exactly mean? Her thirst for answers also disappointed her in the long run. Curiosity led her to secrets about her family, and led her to be curious about love and girls.

Olivia Warner was born exactly fifteen minutes after her mother decided that she was sick of being pregnant, and most of the rest of her life was decided by her mother. As a child, Olivia was as cute as a button but had a bigger mouth than full grown adults. She was constantly gabbing about random things, from rainbows to the ocean. Her older brother was annoyed by her talking, and he tormented her constantly. Their family grew up quite divided, just because of their differing personalities. James Warner was quiet and worked hard, Alexis Warner was neurotic, and Peter Warner couldn't care less. Even if they were all opposites, the family still held up appearances because that was all that mattered to Alexis. She wanted a perfect and all American family and she was going to get it no matter what.

By the time Peter hit high school, he was perfect. A champion swimmer, scholar, and good looking to boot. So when Olivia began to slack on school and focus on gossip, Alexis began to get more crazy than usual. If Peter missed one answer on a test he would be grounded, or if he missed a minute during a swim meet he wouldn't be able to eat dinner. Her control issues got so bad that James left for about a year before coming back to try and protect the kids. Instead of hating Olivia for making Alexis so nuts, Peter relied on her. The two would spend nights playing games and talking, and he could always count on his sister for gossip. Although Olivia had had best friends since she was 9, her relationship with Peter was by far the most precious.

Peter even declined an offer for college out of state so he could stay and protect his sister from their mother. He saved up money for his own apartment and told Olivia that she could go there anytime. While their relationship prospered, there was some gossip that Olivia was forced to keep to herself. She began to have feelings that she had a hard time controlling. Whether she wanted to or not, she was undeniably attracted to one of her closest friends: Blair. Whether or not she acts on them is a decision in the making, but she will still continue to be a secret holder for all.
