Okay so Dexter is one of those pretty classic nerds, got made fun of in high school; the kind of guy that realizes high school never really seems to end. Penny on the other hand has made it out of high school and is still running as hard and fast as she can from who she was. What happens when these two meet? Well their mutual interest in comic books prompts them to become friends , only problem is Dexter has a crush on his good friend only he “knows” he doesn’t have a shot in hell with her. Penny is beautiful and interacts with people like she’s been friends with them all her life and he’s, well he’s Weedy Reedy. Could Penny have mutual feelings for Dex? Would Dex ever get up enough courage to ask? If he found out about the girl she used to be would he still like her? Maybe he’ll realize nothing is too high to reach.
