CHARACTERS
GIRL -- tessa isabelle phillips
GUY -- open
PLOT
At the age of five, Tessa watched her family fall apart. Her parents constant fighting is a clear memory in her mind, one which she wishes she could forget. Since that moment she has simply discarded the idea of love, not believing something like that could ever exist. She finds it very difficult to trust and so she doesn't have many friends.
That's where this guy comes in. He walks in and is sweet, loving, all those kind of things, balled up into one person. He notices Tessa all alone and simply has to do something about it. He manages to coax Tess out of her shell just a little bit, but it takes some time.
Now, the plot is really quite open, I just need the guy. I think, eventually he'd be able to convince her to go out on a date with him, after which they fall asleep on the couch. Then, maybe she wakes up really early and just leaves. Still, it's up in the air, I'm open for suggestions. As for the guy, he has to be straight. His play by is up to you. He should be more of an extrovert, enough to walk up to a total stranger. His age is up to you, though preferably not too much older, and no younger than her (she's 19). Everything else is open.

hello my favorite evkav ,
so, i am going to offer up my lovely chace crawford for your amazing plot<3 haha. dech-o isn't exactly the most loving, sweet kind of guy, but i think we'll be able to make this work. after all, who wouldn't want a plot with sexy chace, right? anyways, going off of your little idea there:
perhaps dechlin is on his way to run an idea by the magazine's editor and on his way he sees her alone or something? or maybe she stumbled and he catches her before she falls or something of the sort? i can see him doing that, but then i can also see him saying something along the lines of, "you're lucky i was there." or something conceited like that.
well, since you accepted the application, i'm guessing you know how he is! :D well, i think it'll be somewhat of a process for dechlin to fall for her in the first place, but once he does, he'd treat her like treasure. dechlin had never really opened up to a girl before. it was always work to try and be the best. high school was about work. when he had a girlfriend, they usually couldn't tolerate his ego or his need to be the best.
perhaps he can take her out of her shell a little and she can break down his ego a notch? sort of like a win-win kinda deal. i understand you want them to be finals. dech is kinda hesitant to settle down, so he wouldn't be willing to like pop the question. he'd have to date her for awhile.
anyways, what do you think? :D

chace crawford is a babe.
i can totally see her nearly stacking it. she'd be so embarrassed if he caught her and would probably go bright red and just dead silent. i think his ego would make it really interesting. she'd just be thinking, 'he's so up himself, so why is he talking to me?'
i don't really mind if it takes him a while to fall for her, she'd be really wary of him constantly anyway. she would probably try to push him away a few times, seeing as she doesn't believe in love or anything like that. but if he managed to get her out of her shell, she'd be really sweet to him and probably poke away at his ego a bit.
as for them settling down, tessa is incredibly hesitant about that as well. she watched her parents' marriage fall apart and so i think it's probably a good thing that he wouldn't propose straight away. also, it'd probably take a lot of effort for him to even get her to go on one date, let alone a few more. but once he manages to convince her that love does exist, maybe, then she'd get a little more confidence. i think, if he ever did propose, tessa would freak out and run. and then realise that she actually does really like him....
but i think it's awesome. so we should definitely thread these two very soon. also, thanks so so so so so uber much for making him.

haha. dechlin's the kind of kid who sets his eyes on something and he won't leave until he gets it. what if tessa became that something? at first, it was just to get what he wants, but then he really starts to fall for her? it'd probably just be some award for awhile until he realizes she's really sweet and all. more dynamic that way?
oh... that would be bad if she found out about his thoughts in the beginning... really dramatic... anyways... moving on. i think there will be a lot of resistance between the two. dechlin will fight falling for her. she'll fight falling for him. i think it's cute. if she ran after he fell for her, he wouldn't let her stay away. he's too determined to go and let someone he loves and is passionate about get away. i think it'll be super cute!
shall we start them meeting? her stumbling? i could start, but i'd have to have permission to say she stumbled if you want to do that (:

that sounds really cool. so at first, she's just like a prize to him, but then he really starts to fall for her. i think it'd be really dramatic if she found out about it later on, and then she freaks and leaves him. this is giving me warm fuzzies just thinking about it <333
yes, meeting. ummm, if you could start i'd love you, cause i need to write up a post with luca first. and you have my permission to say tessa stumbled. please just include that she had her guitar with her (she doesn't leave the house without it). thanks so much chani <3
