-- SWEET, OPTIMISTIC, RELAXED: Sweet gal; always gives compliments and tries to be nice no matter what; sees the glass half full MOST of the time, everyone has those days where seeing the positive just isn't in the cards; has a way of cheering people up; is down to earth and fun to be around. She tends to be chilled and easygoing about situations such as if someone breaks something she doesn't wig out on them or if there is a panic situation she is the level-headed one. If it's really bad she will confront the person, rarely does she yell unless it's people that are close to her who have made her mad. When she is sad she generally lets it show unless she doesn't want people to know, then she plays the avoidance game. She is pretty open with her emotions but is really not soft hearted at all. She has her opinions and will voice them in an appropriate manner even if she knows people will disagree.

Mary-Jane grew up in a cute Tennessee town called Dyersburg with her little sister and brother. The three of them had two wonderful parents Braxton and Dally LaRue. Braxton was a rancher and Dally was a dental hygienist. The family had a nice normal life out in beautiful Tennessee. Nearly everything about their life was perfect. The children went to a private school and were involved in many activities such as soccer, swim, scholar bowl, guitar & violin lessons, and various volunteer work. They went of vacations every year to places all over the U.S.

Mary-Jane graduated high school top of her class then attended college majoring in wildlife biology at Clemson University in South Carolina. Animals had always been a passion of hers because of growing up on a ranch and helping her dad out. She chose Clemson because she wasn’t afraid to branch out, it was a great school for her career, and still within reasonable travel time back to home.

While in high school MJ had gone on dates and such but never had a real boyfriend till freshman year in college. He swept her off her feet, but it was all a lie. He was a liar and saw other girls behind her back while telling her she was his world. It crushed her when she found out. For an entire year she had extreme resentment toward men and would not date. Eventually she went on dates again and had one stupid little fling but nothing serious.

After school MJ found work in South Carolina. The department she worked for had her traveling all over the U.S. a few months at a time, and that is how she ended up in Capeside, MA. In her past travels, once a month she’d fly down to see her family for a four days maybe a week if she could swing.

The reason for MJ going to Capeside is because her husband found a job there. The two of them met while she was in college very randomly. They dated for two years then were married. He made her a very happy lady and she would do literally anything for him. So when that thing required her to leave her family she didn't mind doing so. From the day she married him she has always felt things were perfect. . . . . .

It was the first week in Mary-Jane's new location. There was a lot to grow accustom to. Usually a few days were allowed to get familiar with the new place. They often gave a list of attraction suggestions for their employees to visit. They were also expected to take themselves on a hike through the country side of the area to get exposed to the nature and wildlife there.

The morning was a little brisk but nice and sunny. There was no breeze, the birds were out singing, and barely anyone was out and about. This was just the kind of morning Mary-Jane liked go for a walk in. She laid out her cowgirl boots, levi jeans, and a white aeropostal fitted T-shirt. MJ took her shower, blow dried her hair and set out, nothing done with her hair or make-up. Before heading out she grabbed her camera to document the wildlife seen.

MJ got in the car her company loaned her and drove to the nearest foresty area. She had bug spray on her as well in case the bugs there were bad, a whistle in case the area isn't safe, and a large pocket knife. This girl was going to be as prepared as possible for anything. . . she was raised to be that way. ON her hike there of course were various birds spotted and a few squirrels and rabbits, but for a while there was nothing interesting.

Soon she came across a creek. Creeks were great places to find wildlife. MJ looked around to find a place she could hide out and wait out animals. There was a small bolder nearby which she was able to roll into the trees which would hide her. It was nearly thirty minutes before animals of interest came by. There was a family of skunk that came waddling down to the creek side to cool down and quench their thirst. Of all things to come along, of course it had to be creatures that could make her regret coming out. Mary-Jane lifted her camera quietly and put on her zoom. She got several good shots of them. Then suddenly the urge to pee hit her. She hoped they would move along soon.

- Please replace TRAIT ONE with the trait that you will be expanding upon in the paragraph
- Your personality paragraphs are just a little too short. Try to aim for about 100-200 words per paragraph
- Could you please just add one more dislike, you are one short of ten
- Perhaps try seperating the history into smaller paragraphs, so that it isn't just a large block of writing. It makes it look a little neater and a lot less terrifying.
- Your sample does not meet our minimum word count on CPB. We require a minimum of 350 words

Once all that is modified please notify an admin or just reply here and one of us will be more than happy to look it over. Also, on a side note, your signature is stretching the boards.
