If one person says it, it's hear-say. If two people say it, it's a rumor, if I say it? Facts, baby. Everyone knows that I own this town. If you're not on my radar, you're nothing. That's why you want to be liked be me. If I gossip about you, you've got cred. And trust me, you want cred.
Basically, this is an ongoing competition. Where you all fight tooth and nail for my approval by ratting out all your friends dirty little secrets. Be careful though, because the hotlips giveth, and the hotlips can taketh away.
PRIZES
-- Each month, the male and female character with the most points get automatic nominations for character of the month
-- If you maintain a lead for 14 days, you will be awarded a 'capeside celebrity' badge added to your profile

+ 10. Appearing on a hot list
- 3. Appearing on a not list
+ 5. Submitting gossip (either PM straight to me, or posting in the 'your list' section of my blog then pming me the link)
-3. If gossip you submitted is proven to be a lie
+3. If gossip you submitted is proven to be a true
+5. Proving gossip a lie
+10. Admitting on my blog that gossip about you is true
+ 10. Getting involved in a site event
+20. Hosting an event
-10. If less than five people attend your event, aka it's a flop
