-- MARK JAYE TANNER !
-- NAME: Mark Jaye Tanner -- NICKNAMES: MJ -- AGE & BIRTHDAY: twenty-one, 30th October. -- BIRTH PLACE: London, England. -- ORIENTATION: Straight -- OCCUPATION & SCHOOL GRADE: Lead singer and Guitarist for a band -- PLAYED BY: Alex Gaskarth
-- PERSONALITY !
-- CHILDISH: His age may be twenty-one but Mark has the mental age of a 9 year old child. He has a low attention span and can be quite inappropriate. He entertains himself by pulling pranks on his band members and friends which he finds deeply amusing. He has a good sense of humour and can be quite sarcastic. Although he likes to laugh and have fun as soon as things get serious he knows how to stick up for himself and for those around him. He loves to snuggle up with people and watch a good movie, his favourites being horror movies and animated movies. He has always been a true mamas boy and calls his mum everyday. -- PROTECTIVE: Growing up with four younger siblings Mark is used to sticking up for them when the bullies start bullying. Growing up with three little sisters Mark is especially protective over the ladies in his life whether they are friends, lovers or family. He hates seeing his friends being pushed around and will easily stand up for them, even if it means getting hurt himself. Mark has been known for getting into fights with people for not leaving his friends alone. He doesn't like his friends being hurt whether it is physically or emotionally and when they do get hurt he likes to comfort them and make them feel better. When someone is feeling under the weather he can't help but cheer them up, it even some what hurts him to find someone he cares for upset. -- IMPATIENT: Ever since he was little he would get angry with his video games when his character kept on dying or when he was unable to complete a level. Being his mum's favourite he is used to getting things when he wants them so when things take more concentration or longer than first expected he gets quite annoyed. Anything which is fiddly or hard to do he will give up on it. Sometimes if he has been trying to do something for a very long time he can get very agitated and can end up breaking it. When someone tells Mark they have a surprise for him he can hardly wait and bugs them until they tell him. When it comes to queues in shops, he gets quite annoyed also. "I'm not gonna waste my life waiting.." is something he always says.

-- HISTORY !
Mark was born in London hospital on a cold October morning and his parents Michael and Jessica Tanner. They couldn't be happier as they had previously been told that they were incapable of having children. He was their first child and though he was a handful to look after they were sure that they wanted more. Michael was the drummer in a band and when they started to get big Mark's father wasn't at home as much as he liked to be. When Mark was two his first little sister was born. Michael's band was really big now and had started touring around the UK and since he didn't want to leave his wife and kids behind he decided to take them with him. When Mark was three his second sister was born. Michael was beginning to feel the strain of taking his family around the UK with him.
When Michael's band got more and more popular he began touring around America. So Mark and his family moved out to the US and settled in Capeside. When Mark was nine his third sister was born. The Tanners were doing well financially but Michael still found it hard to be at home as much as he wanted. Mark really enjoyed his life, the only thing he could have wished for was that he could see his dad more. His father's love for music really struck Mark and he found himself taking up musical instruments himself and loving music as much as his father did. Michael soon began experiencing back problems and found it hard to carry on with his lifestyle. He dropped out of the band and settled for the easy life and bought the music shop in town. As Mark grew so did his talents and at the age of seventeen he started a band with some of his friends. When he was nineteen his first little brother was born.
When Mark graduated he left Capeside and went back to London to visit his Auntie and Uncle and learn about where he was born. He and his band started to get noticed and a decent sized fan-base grew. After a year in London he moved back to Capeside to a small two bedroom home in the town.
-- SAMPLE !
The red door. Nate's attention was always drawn to the place every time he walked past. He had always managed to convince himself he was too busy though. Tonight though, his curiosity got the better of him. Maybe it was the particularly warm feeling the place gave off or maybe it was the beautiful female voice that could be heard singing. Whatever reason he couldn't tear himself away and just had to have a drink. It wasn't as if he had plenty of work to do at home. Just about the only thing he could use for an excuse was the fact that his soppy dog Stanley might need his company. The giant pet of his was an alsatian but he definitely didn't act like one. Alsatians were always used as police dogs and were always the heroes in any movie including a dog but not Stanley. Nathaniel loved his dog with all of his heart but the dog was such a softie. Nate probably couldn't even depend on the thing if a burglar decided to break into his house. He shooed the thought of his dog needing company out of his mind as he strode toward the door.
It was clear as to why the pace was called 'the red door' as he pushed it open with ease and walked in. The place was so warm and the atmosphere relaxed him almost instantly. Why haven't I ever come here before? he asked himself. It now seemed so stupid that he hadn't come here. Making his way to the bar he got the bar tender's attention. He flashed a smile and ordered a pint of beer. Something he often drank when he wasn't being classy. After a few moments Nate was presented with what he ordered. He paid with a note and when he was given the change he left a few coins on the bar, a tip for the friendly bartender. Nathaniel liked giving and giving tips was something he often did. Picking up his drink he took a sip, leaning against the bar. His gaze flickered to the slim figure on stage. A smile pulled at his lips as he watched her sing. The woman had guts but boy she was good at what she was doing. She was a good looking woman as well but it wouldn't surprise him if she were already taken. Not that he would just go ask her out, no no. He just thought about those things a lot. He liked to look at people and guess whether they had a boyfriend or girlfriend or not and if he thought they did, what their partner would look like. Finding love in Hollywood was harder than he had thought. Even an English accented actor like him had trouble. He always managed to attract the wrong type of girl. The girl that was only interested in a one night fling. The girl that was only interested in material things and money. Nathaniel wanted so much more than that. He wanted a wife and kids. He wanted to know that he was there for a reason and share his experiences with someone else.
Nathaniel pulled himself out of the daydream, noticing that he must look like an idiot just standing there staring at the singer. He decided to go for a booth by the wall. Then he could sit, relax and enjoy the music. When walking to the booths he noticed that almost all of them were empty apart from two. One occupied a middle aged, balding man who sat with a young blonde girl. The word 'Gold digger' popped into his head. They seemed to be having a whale of a time as Nate walked past. The other occupied booth had a dark haired girl sitting in it, all on her own. Nathaniel couldn't help himself. She was a very pretty girl, her dark hair contrasted her pale skin perfectly and her dress sense was that of someone who was not too revealing and quite mature. Nathaniel had only just noticed how posh he must have looked compared to everyone else. He wore a white t-shirt which was covered by a black blazer jacket. He wore dark jeans and black converses to finish off the outfit. It was a style he usually wore- a cross between formal and casual. If he would have known he was coming here he wouldn't have bothered with the formal part and would have just come casually. None the less he stopped when he got to her booth and looked to her, a friendly smile coming to his features. "Hey. Do you mind if I sit here?" He asked as he gestured to the seat with his free hand. He paused, his words each decorated with his English accent. "I just saw you all alone and thought, y'know.. I'm alone too so we might as well keep each other company, right?" he smiled a little more. He hoped he didn't sound too creepy. Scaring the woman was definitely something he didn't want to do.

Just quickly, your personality paragraphs need expanding. We ask that you try to aim for at least 100 words per trait. Other than that, Lexy has requested to review this application, as it is to fill her request. Hopefully it won't be too long before she is able to do so ^_^ [/size]
