-- INDEPENDENT: since Molly was little she never listened to anyone, but what her gut told her. After all she was raised by a Marine who always said that your gut was the only thing that never told you a lie, that you’ve got to trust it. So Molly has always done so, she follows the rules when it comes to laws and her parents, but she insisted from a young age that she do things by herself such as learn to ride a bike, she spend an entire day, but she learned on her own and hasn’t stopped since. She supports herself with a job as well so that she could pay for as much as possible on her own without loans or dipping into the savings fund her parents left her.

-- HAPPY GO LUCKY: Molly flows with the wind, she’s super laid back doesn’t care much about where it takes her as long as she’d having fun and happy. Never being one for following thought she makes sure that she’s not compromising her beliefs in the process of going with the flow, she’s not into confrontation and often plays peace maker. Negative people piss her off and she doesn’t want that energy around her so she tries her best to make people smile, she wants people to feel happier around her not like there’s a dark cloud over their heads.

-- DISTRUSTING: distrusting should be Molly’s middle name, but it’s not it’s Ophelia. Growing up in foster care doesn’t do much for trust. Since she was fifteen she’s had to rely on herself and never really felt she could trust anyone with her feelings or even her well being. She’s felt alone for a long time and has decided she doesn’t really need anyone else that she can get by alone without friendship or help. Molly has never truly trusted anyone and honestly doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with that. People let you down and hurt you, plain and simple.

Born on the twenty third of April, Molly Ophelia Garland was a healthy happy baby girl. Her parents were Arnold Arthur Garland and Helen Beth Anne Garland, they couldn’t be more different or more in love. Arnold was a Marine and Helen was a piano teacher for the blind. Helen was a free spirit and Arnold was a man of structure and rules. The two couldn’t be happier with their baby girl, as she grew older they grew to love her even more. Her personality was a nice blend of the both of theirs, she wasn’t too structure or too free spirited, she was a happy independent child that still loved her hugs and kisses.

At the age of fifteen everything changed for Molly, her parents were hit by a drunk driver on the way home from their weekly date night. Leaving Molly orphaned, since they had no living relatives. Molly spent her prime years in foster care fighting off people who were supposed to protect her. She had inappropriate and abusive foster parents, she even had some pretty great ones as well, but somehow she could never feel comfortable with anyone. Molly was at an age that it was hard to make friends and a lonely teenage girl would do just about anything to fit in, even give up the one possession that was truly hers a decision she regrets to this day. She hadn’t been ready to give that part of herself up especially to a man that was thirty years her senior.

At the age of eighteen she was released from foster care and was informed her parents had put money away for her over the years. Wanting to get out of New Mexico she took the first out of state college that accepted her, she jetted off to a vacation town called Capeside Massachusetts. She decided she wanted to go into Radiology since she’d always had an affinity for bones and the body.
