Located in the center of what was the original town center, this block is full of some of the more important places.

Capeside bay is just a short walk from the town center. The bay is a popular spot along the water. Unlike the Marina, it has no warf, but grassy picnic areas, a break wall and tons of places to get an amazing meal.

The main street runs right through the business center of town and is a popular place with all the cute boutiques and cafes.

A few streets away from the main strip, Stamford street is the place to be after nine pm.

Next to the housing estate is the business district, which is famous for it's recreational complexes... And Capeside General Hospital.

[justify]The best place to shop in Capeside is, of course, the mall. Mostly due to it's selection and the general lack of current trends in other shopping centers.

[justify]Home of the Capeside Crusaders, Capeside High is, well, just another public high school. They even have a crappy football team. That doesn't matter though, it's all about swimming here anyway.

[justify]Blue and yellow, wear your colors with pride! The Capeside Crusaders who graduate and don't want to leave home to further their education usually end up attending this college.[/justify]

The Marina is a large stretch boardwalk that contains shops, places to eat, boat docks and the yacht club.

[justify]Sun, surf, sand - what more do you need? Just watch out for the rocky cliffs that line the opposite side of the beach.

[justify]The local airstrip is not the biggest airport in the world. In fact, it's quite tiny. Few people fly in and out of Capeside. It's just a lot easier to drive. But there are flying lessons to be had!

The cove is probably one of the main reasons people like to visit Capeside. It's home to three good sized theme parks, and an affordable caravan park.

Capeside Golf Club and resort is a luxury golfing green, next to a five star holiday resort.

[justify]A riding school and boarding stable. The Stables are on four acres of land and surrounded by forests full of trails. The stables are large and newly re-furbished.

[justify]A beautiful cemetery on the outskirts of town, home to those who have been laid to rest in Capeside. Kids have been known to trespass at night for a thrill.[/justify]

[justify]Located inside Capeside Central, the apartment complex actually consists of three buildings that are squished next to each other.

An apartment complex on at the Marina, these luxury apartments are not cheap.

[justify]Nothing flash, but livable. The CU dorms are the place to be for all the young college students.
